Amek Angela A11 Stereo Channels

Postby horizonsound » Fri Feb 27, 2015 4:51 pm

Hi all,

These channel strips seems extremely rare. Does anyone actually have one of these, and mind sharing a schematic of it?
I've been seriously considering reverse engineering the PCB and front panel, as I would really like to get my hands on four of these modules.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Cheers,
Anthony.

Colin of aaudiomaintenance.com might be a ressource as well as are some dealers like larkingslist.com and proaudioeurope.com
If you place a request there, they often can hunt down what you´re looking for.

Don't forget GRS in California.

They had two Angela's in their service bay when I was there picking up my Calrec desk last week. They may have some Angela channel strips and parts, etc.

Cheers!

Reviving this thread again!
No luck hunting down an A11 module, but Colin provided me a schematic. It's missing the GL190 EQ board, but i could probably reverse engineer that one.

So far, I've done 90% of the schematic in Eagle, but am really flying blind on the layout.

Does anyone have any detailed photos of the A11 module?

Anthony.
