Euphonic CS 2000/3000 Monitor help needed

Postby SFXPost » Thu Mar 22, 2018 9:20 am

I own a Euphonix CS-2000/3000 Desk which I absolutely love, except for right now. I've been able to solve small problems for the last 10 plus years I have had it. This one has me stumped. It started acting up by not zeroing out some of the null meters on the lower faders. In fact the faders had no effect on volume what so ever. I had a spare EUbus card and replace it with the original one under the left hand side of the console. Then the monitor section stopped sending audio even though all the switches appeared to be working properly. It seems I can only get one channel of work audio out of the desk. Sometimes send #8 other time the headphone output once i even had one channel on the c monitor bank. Put the original EUbuss card back and no change in the monitor section. I had a spare master audio module for the tower. Swapped that out and still no monitors.

Hopefully some users have already experienced this problem and can help or at least refer me to someone who can. Would love to get this desk up and running again. not much use the way it is right now.

Thanks in advance for your time.

PS. If I go around the desk and plug any sound source into the monitors directly they work just fine so it is not a speaker problem.
