Unknown console

Hello everybody,

I found a console that looks pretty strange but I can't seem to find any info of the brand or the mixer anywhere. Does anybody recognise this machine, and tell me if it is something interesting or not.

An MM console!

MM literally stands for "Michael Mouse".

These desks are living examples of the "Inverse Tonality Law" wherein the worse something sounds, the harder it is to break.

I own 2 really second-rate desks...

I ashamed to admit I own a Bear-ringer...

...and an MM 16:2 live desk.

If it blew goats...sonically that would be an improvement.

Put it this way...the Bear-ringer is an improvement.

I'm not kidding.

I don't know if you're familiar with an Australian brand of mixers called "JANDS"?

The common wisdom is that JANDS actually stands for "Just Another Nasty Distorted Signal".

In comparison to the MM, I wish I had a Jands.

Have I frightened you enough yet?
