MCI JH636 Solo Problem

In the late 70's, over half of the records in Billboard's Top 200 were recorded and/or mixed using MCI equipment.

MCI JH636 Solo Problem

Postby Robomatic » Tue Feb 28, 2017 7:41 am

Hi Folks. The solo function on my JH636 is not working at all. Press any solo button and nothing happens. Also when the talkback is depressed the control room does not dim like its supposed to. I have removed all the input moduels and the problem persists. I'm thinking the issue must be on the monitor master moduel. Any ideas.

Thanks,

Rob

Have you checked your power supply voltages?

Check whether the jfets are getting a control voltage on the master mix module. That section is on the lower left side of it.
