Fleximix Aux Master wiring help

Postby Fleximan5 » Mon Apr 01, 2013 9:11 pm

Hey guys
I need a sanity check here.
I put new pots in my Aux Master and ever since then, I don't have a proper stereo image (seems skewed to the right). I've sussed out it's either a bad cap or I wired a pot incorrectly and messed things up?
I'm not much of a techie so I'd REALLY appreciate it if you have one and could let me know if the pots look to be correctly wired?

I tried to upload my pic but it wouldn't take.
If you can help, pls msg me and I'll send along.

Thanks and Best

Did you install log pots or linear? A log pot in a linear design will skew to one side. If it's a dual pot with a reverse log on one side that would compensate for that. If you used a dual log pot like used in the control room position, it will skew.

Thanks Jim

I wouldn't have thought of that in a million years!

I had to double check but I replaced 10K log pots with 10K log pots.
Osc Level, Aux Master 1-4 and cue master.

So it's back to swapping out caps, unless I can send someone a pic?
