1/4" Cliff Jacks for a Fleximix - Replacement? Switched?

Hi Guys
Have any of you used a replacement jack?
I see Cliff is still in business and the Type B is required (can't find where to buy?)
I'm also not sure if I should get switched or un-switched?

Everyone makes those style jacks now, Neutrik included. Most are TRS style in the Flexmix. Just copy the previous work.
